Heroes of September 11th

Post by awpiper » Fri Apr 16, 2004 3:45 am

This tune was written for all those who were effected by the tragedy. The composer wanted to have a tune that could be easily played in a massed band type setting by every piper. The tune was kept simple with that thought in mind. The composers wish is for as many bands to adopt and play the tune as possible in the hope that WE NEVER FORGET.

The composer would appreciate any comments on the tune.....Good, Bad, or indifferent.......Thank You!

Well done, this is a really lovely tune, I am just at the transition to bagpipe stage just now & I am going to use this tune to help me learn & also to make sure everyone remembers those who tragically lost their lives.

LEST WE FORGET

Take care

I like it. You should write two more parts to it.
