Catch Up Number 23

I remember during a training session a very many years ago, on a 10 mile hike, on or two of our party were lagging behind. Our PTI shouted "Oi, number 23, catch up with the others." Number 23 appeared to be tripping over his own feet trying to keep up and this tune gives the impression of catching up, but never quite making it. Sorry, number 23!
